Project start 2019 – 2022. Trix consulting services ordered for data clean-up and re-structure in Trix Organizer; additional Trix Organizer user licenses ordered, assisted with extensive security validation of Trix Organizer done by GSK; services to configure new enhanced security features; upgrade Trix in their test environment, additional Trix Organizer user licenses ordered. Upgrade of Trix Organizer in the production environment 2022.

Trix Organizer´s web application passed an extensive and thorough security validation by GSK.

Trix Systems technical consultancy to develop a SQL query or a report which identifies which drawings or references in drawings at Rockville are still stored on disk.

2024: Document management services to sort 10 000 drawings and fix the broken links to x-references. Used our Trix Project Access tool to determine the one´s with broken links. There were around 4000 which Jörgen could fix. GSK had to review the remaining 800 to find the x-ref location. Duplications and multiple versions also need to be accessed by GSK. On-going project as of October 2024.
