Dessa grupper tilldelas d\u00e4refter tillg\u00e5ng till informationen efter behovet. Genom de olika anv\u00e4ndargrupperna och dess roller i verksamheten, i kombination med hur informationen grupperas, kan tillg\u00e5ngen till informationen styras. Ett bra exempel \u00e4r att endast granskad och godk\u00e4nd information anv\u00e4nds i det dagliga arbetet, medan p\u00e5g\u00e5ende revideringar endast visas f\u00f6r ber\u00f6rda parter.<\/p>\n<p>Detta kan \u00e5stadkommas p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt, exempelvis genom att koppla anv\u00e4ndargrupperna till l\u00e4mpliga objektmappar eller direkt till informationen. En anv\u00e4ndargrupp kan tilldelas olika roller i olika objektmappar med inneb\u00f6rden att anv\u00e4ndarna till\u00e5ts inneha olika r\u00e4ttigheter i olika objektmappar. Det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 att tilldela ett objekt en sekretessgradering, som att exempelvis st\u00e4mpla informationen som \u201dHemlig\u201d s\u00e5 att endast vissa anv\u00e4ndargrupper kan se denna information.
