Precis som tidigare m\u00e5ste traditionell registrering av s\u00f6kinformation kombineras b\u00e5de med fri \u201dtaggning\u201d och m\u00f6jlighet att g\u00f6ra rena fritexts\u00f6kningar. Vi skapar det strategiska st\u00f6d som beh\u00f6vs i arbetet med att uppn\u00e5 en god informationshantering. S\u00e5 sker med utg\u00e5ngspunkt fr\u00e5n kundernas krav, v\u00e5r erfarenhet och utifr\u00e5n de standarder som finns tillg\u00e4ngliga.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r ett exempel p\u00e5 handlingsg\u00e5ng: Skapa en dokumentplan med f\u00f6rutbest\u00e4mda klasser och typer. F\u00f6lj etablerade till\u00e4mpliga standarder, men spetsa med egna till\u00e4gg f\u00f6r den egna verksamheten, helst efter branschstandard och praxis. Skapa klassningsstandarder f\u00f6r de olika verksamheternas behov samt erforderliga layoutmallar som styr utseendet p\u00e5 alla dokument.<\/p>\n<p>Best\u00e4m b\u00e5de l\u00e4mpliga s\u00f6kord och en informationsstruktur som alla m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rh\u00e5lla sig till, g\u00e4rna anpassad efter de olika behoven i verksamheten. Uppr\u00e4tta rutiner f\u00f6r n\u00e4r den egna filen p\u00e5 h\u00e5rddisken ska registreras som ett gemensamt dokument, f\u00f6rsett med \u00f6verenskomna registreringsuppgifter.
